DESCRIPTION
The 6 mile, 2000 vertical foot climb up Arroyo Burro Road is entirely aMTB1 if you can get under the gate and there are plenty of fire roads to explore in the area. The Arroyo Burro singletrack is a lot of work and adaptive riders will need a crew, but it is so worth it!
STAGING
Day use fee is $10. Main trailhead is on the side of the road with no facilities. Rancho Oso campers can access via wide gate at campground trailhead. There is also a seasonal river crossing that can potentially be an issue certain times of the year.
Trailhead gate is a tight fit to get under.
